GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are non refundable and are valid for 3 months after purchase date.
Treat your gift certificates like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be redeemed, refunded or replaced.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cash will not be given for unused balance.
BOOKINGS
We always do our best to meet your booking request to avoid any disappointment.
We recommend you to book 1 week in advance
Ideally book your next appointment after your service to guarantee you get your preferred stylist at a time to suit you.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service you have booked in for. if you are more than 15 minutes late we may decline your appointment due to subsequent bookings after you!
If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel in a timely manner preferably at least 24 hours before you appointment
PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously and will not divulge or discuss any details regarding you booking or your personal details with anyone not directly connected with your booking.
All details collected are for the sole purpose of providing a service to you.
We may contact you with any salon promotions or offers to reward your loyalty.
OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee our hair services 100% but in the case that you were unhappy with your service we would be happy to correct the service within 7 days for free.
VOLUNTEER MODELS
If you have booked as a volunteer model please be aware of the services page for this offering. Not the duration of booking to achieve the desired cut/style/colour, the experience you will receive with the member of staff under training, the expectation of you as the model during this session. If during or after the session you have any concerns please return within 2 days to discuss this with the senior stylist who was overseeing the service at that session.
If you are unable to attending we require 24 hours notice minimum. If you wish to rebook the session please inform us at the time.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances will we give you the model as much notification as possible, but apologies in advance if this is not seen as sufficient.
