The Salon Hair Design is the concept of Sharon and Joy who were successful hair stylists and managers/owners of salons in the UK. Their combined experience has been developed through their careers based in London.

In 2008, Sharon and Joy partnered up to create their first salon in Ocean Keys in October 2008, followed by Brighton 2009. These two salons have grown in strength and reputation with the development of home grown talented stylists and the hiring of quality staff.
